Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of service.
Prepare sales reports and assist in the analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations for the sales team.
Stay informed about product offerings and company promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
