About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Sales Support Executive to support key business functions across sales, product management, customer service, RMA coordination, and procurement. This is a highly varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across departments, solving problems, and staying organised in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with our B2B sales team, logistics, e-commerce platform managers, and procurement to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service throughout the entire sales lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities1. B2B Sales Support

- Support the sales team with customer queries, documentation, and CRM updates.

- Generate sales reports and performance insights.

- Identify and support improvements in sales processes.

2. Product & E-Commerce Platform Management

- Maintain accurate product listings across websites and marketplaces.

- Ensure product content is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.

- Assist in product launches and seasonal updates.

- Monitor and report on e-commerce performance metrics.

3. RMA & Customer Service Support

- Manage B2B returns and coordinate with logistics and technical teams.

- Maintain RMA records and customer communication.

- Support the e-commerce customer service team during busy periods.

4. Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination

- Prepare shipping labels and coordinate with logistics partners.

- Process customer orders for warehouse dispatch.

- Track and resolve delivery issues.

5. Procurement & Global Sourcing Support

- Assist with global sourcing, quotes, and supplier communication.

- Handle stock, order calls, and update procurement records.

- Support large trade order coordination.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Assist with trade and bulk customer order fulfilment.

Requirements & Skills

- A-levels or equivalent preferred, or demonstrable job experience in relevant areas such as sales support, customer service, procurement, or e-commerce

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes across a varied job role

- Strong attention to detail is essential

- Excellent multitasking and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

- Comfortable working with CRM and e-commerce platforms (experience a plus)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or within a team
