27,000 - 32,500 per annum (depending on experience)

We're now looking for a proactive and energetic

Sales Support Executive

to join our European sales team -- supporting our Account Managers, building relationships with customers, and helping to drive new business opportunities.

What you'll do:

Act as a key contact for our European distributor network, developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Support our European Account Managers by coordinating appointments, preparing quotes, and following up on opportunities. Proactively reach out to potential customers -- engaging them confidently and professionally. Monitor and follow up on quotations and enquiries to help drive conversions. Work collaboratively with our wider UK and European teams to ensure a seamless, world-class customer experience.

What you'll bring:

and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Confidence when communicating via phone and email across international markets. Motivation and ambition to grow your career -- this role could develop into a future

Sales or Account Manager

position. Previous experience in sales or customer support is an advantage, but attitude and drive are key. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team.

Languages:

German and English are essential; French or other European languages are highly desirable.
