Sales Support Executive - TEMP

Salary: \xc2\xa313.74 to \xc2\xa316.48 per hour

Hours: 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, 09.00am to 17.00pm (Hours may vary due to nature of the role in line with the needs of the business)

Start date: ASAP - potentially up to 12 months due to maternity cover

This is a great opportunity for Remote working! Our client is based in central Croydon and in immediate proximity to the train station, trams and buses, the area couldn\'t be more convenient to travel to. You will be working in a corporate environment where you will be first point of contact for customer queries via email, assist in the implementation of new schemes and the development of existing schemes, coordinate monthly sales figures and liaise closely with other key departments in the business when necessary.

What will your working week be like?

  • Consolidate and process monthly sales, feeding the finance team to ensure monthly invoicing deadlines are met.
  • Provide the Automotive Account Development Manager and Chief Sales Officer with analysis on sales performance when required.
  • Provide first line cover for the Account Development Manager and Chief Sales Officer when they are out of office, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of business with key clients and their contacts.
  • Implementation, administration and creation of documents relating to Mobility sales and account management (including documents related to sales, invoicing rules, SFTP configuration, business rules, translations, creating and handling IT tickets, uploading documents to Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint, etc.
  • To provide monthly, quarterly and other periodic statistical reports to clients together with those required internally which may include: Raw data Sales Performance Data, SLA/KPI Analysis, Usage of Power BI reporting suites.
  • Creating and amending key information sources and databases to fuel Power BI reporting suites.
  • Creation and monitoring of Power BI dashboards, notifying the Sales Managers regarding key indicators and patterns.
  • Support Business Partner Clients with operational & invoicing questions while occasionally preparing ad-hoc analysis to respond to Client requests
  • Competitor Analysis/Price benchmarking Undertaking competitor analysis and price benchmarking and reporting this back to the business in a timely manner.
  • Client compliance monitoring - Checking website\'s, media and other client facing channels are compliant on a regular basis, documenting and reporting breaches

Who will suit this role?
  • The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE/A level standard and have previous experience in line with working within a corporate environment and hold Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
  • Previous experience of working within an insurance/warranty department would be beneficial.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Capacity to work on multiple concurrent projects and under tight timelines
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft teams and using all aspects of the software package.
  • Strongly numerate, able to interpret data and draw conclusions from information supplied
  • Self-motivated and ability to work within a team
  • Good letter writing ability andstrong numerical ability
  • Able to communicate confidently with clients, customers and suppliers
  • Flexibility to travel and accommodate overnight stays outside of the UK
