What you'll be doing:
As a Sales Support, youll play a key role in supporting the Fleet Sales Teams across multiple vehicle brands including BYD, Mercedes-Benz and Maxus and sales channels. You will ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with franchise and business standards consistently exceeding customer expectations
Provide comprehensive
administrative support
to the Fleet Sales Teams in line with company processes.
Raise
vehicles quotations
for new and used vehicles
Respond to
stock enquiries
, providing knowledge on availability of stock and lead times for factory orders
Complete all necessary documentation including
finance proposals
/ documentation in respect of sold orders, ensuring delivery dates are met and highlighting any problems.
Act as point of contact for customers & key business partners, ensuring all clients are dealt with courteously and efficiently and that any required actions are implemented.
Ensure
finance activation
before taxation of vehicles
Complete
taxation online for new vehicles
and prepare necessary documentation for used taxations
Provide ongoing
analyses of all current deals
and analyse at each month end to make sure they are all in line.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a confident and organised individual who takes pride in accuracy, professionalism, and delivering excellent support to the team. Youll thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and bring a proactive approach to everything you do.
Must be able to develop knowledge of vehicle specifications and vehicle ordering systems
High level of computer skills including Microsoft office software (Excel and Word)
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate and VIP clients
High attention to detail and accuracy working under pressure
