Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone, or live chat
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
Support the organisation of sales meetings, presentations, and promotional events
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales support is not required, but an interest in property and administrative skills is essential
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Customer-focused attitude with a professional manner
