East Midlands Pharma are seeking a dedicated, ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will enhance commercial efficiency and business performance by providing structured administrative, analytical, and customer-facing support to the sales team. By handling core operational and coordination activities, the role enables commercial leads to focus on driving strategic growth, winning new customers, and maximising profitability.
Core Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Commercial teams.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pricing records, and customer files.
Support documentation completion for tenders, listings, and customer onboarding.
Liaise with customers to provide timely updates on supply, delivery schedules, and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate internally with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless customer service and project execution.
Monitor stock levels, customer demand, and supply timelines to anticipate issues and communicate proactively.
Support preparation of commercial presentations, reports, and performance updates.
Contribute to the development of processes and tools that improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Role Deliverables
Accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and customer documentation.
On-time completion of tenders, listings, and other customer submissions.
High levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
Measurable improvement in sales team efficiency (time freed up for commercial activity).
Reduced administrative errors and improved order accuracy.

Requirements
Essential:
Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
Experience in a customer service or commercial support role.
Desired:
Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sector.
Familiarity with forecasting, order management, or tender processes.
Knowledge of export or distributor coordination.
Understanding of basic commercial principles (margin, turnover, profitability).
