ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Sales Support Manager will lead a Sales Support Team, whose \xe2\x80\x9cMission\xe2\x80\x9d is to support the sales team in all aspects of the operation tasks that form part of the sales process, allowing our sales professionals to concentrate on seeking out new business, fresh logos and maintaining, developing, and extending existing customer relationships. This individual will supervise our EMEA QTO Team and work with our Sales Teams across a wide range of market vertical sectors, including: Industrial, Consumer, Networking and A&D organizations.

Interface & Collaboration

The Sales Support Manager will lead the EMEA Sales Support Team that works in conjunction with other sales colleagues across the EMEA region, and work with various groups like Finance, Export, and Legal departments on a regular basis to support the sales team during the entire sales process life cycle. The main objectives are leading the EMEA sales support team, customer satisfaction and sales team satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages team of employees who handle quote creation to processing orders for the EMEA region
  • Keep open communication with the QTO Manager regarding Team issues, including: order status, challenges, team performance, etc.
  • Recruit, hire, provide coaching and training to team members.
  • Lead, manage and motivate team members consistent with company policies and culture of continuous improvement and growth.
  • Data Quality Management of CRM and booking system through-Monitoring reports to ensure orders and service contracts are processed in a timely manner, holds are removed, and orders are fulfilled as requested.
  • Prepare quotes and generate proposals out of Salesforce/CPQ in cooperation with the sales team (Inside Account Executive and Account Manager).
  • Order processing/booking
  • Book/invoice orders and get licensing information ready for the customer
  • Manage non-standard supplier conditions: coordination with Legal (special licensing terms) and with Finance (special payment terms)
  • Create standard legal document
  • Manage internal document compliance: (specific documents and conventions, order form/exhibit countersignature)
  • Handling and tracking customer requests
  • Order and delivery notices
  • Certificates of origin/conformity certificates
  • Name changes/assignment of licenses
  • Customer questionnaires and survey documents
  • Status updates
  • Update and keep consistent the Sales Force and ORACLE database
