We're now seeking a
Sales Support Partner
to help us grow our reach and impact by connecting with organisations who need training that truly makes a difference.
The Role
This is a phone-first sales role. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of Able Training--introducing our services, listening to the needs of care providers, and helping them find the right solutions from our extensive course portfolio.
Your day will mainly involve:
Making outbound calls to care homes, schools, healthcare providers, and other organisations
Following up on warm leads and converting enquiries into bookings
Reaching out to lapsed clients and building rapport with new prospects
Recording call outcomes, follow-ups, and updating CRM records accurately
Working closely with the wider team to align on campaigns, seasonal offers, and course promotions
Supporting telesales campaigns around key products (e.g. dementia training, safeguarding, train-the-trainer courses)

Desirable Experience
Experience in B2B or service-based sales
Background in health and social care, training, education, or similar
Confidence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Understanding of the challenges care providers face
