We are seeking a professional and proactive individual as a Sales Support with some Reception duties. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys interacting with people, and is highly organised. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, while also providing essential administrative and system support to our sales team and dealer network.

As Sales Support, you will play a critical role in assisting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing sales orders, maintaining customer records and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

You will be a key contributor to optimising efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities



Sales support duties :

Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries from the sales team and dealer enquiries, providing information as required. Liaising between sales, operations, marketing and customer service to ensure a seamless experience for dealers, whilst generating reports on sales performance, trends and customer feedback. Assisting in coordinating sales events, training sessions, staff accommodation, hotel bookings, and client meetings. Assisting with onboarding new sales team members and providing training on internal systems and processes. Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales function including the processing of submitted expenses. Contacting new dealers who have not sold any agreements and engaging with underperforming or lapsed dealers to discover why they are not using our products and establishing feedback (pricing, product, service etc). Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with Marketing for new products and POS updates. Frequently monitoring dealer's websites to check what warranty company advertising they are using. Processing sales orders and ensuring accurate documentation.

Reception duties :

Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

Preferred :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanour.

Desirable :

Previous experience in an administrative, sales support or customer service role. Experience with CRM or sales systems. Familiarity with POS systems and dealer networks.
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with flexibility as needed) with 1hr for lunch

Salary will be dependent on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
