Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Customer Service Quality Management

:

1. Monitor daily task completion to ensure efficient operations.

2. Improve response times and streamline issue escalation processes.

3. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and resolve customer complaints.

Approval and Process Design

:

1. Manage and design approval workflows for sales support processes, including OA, legal, and finance procedures.

IT Project Management

:

1. Coordinate IT project requirements related to the overseas sales department, including submission, review, approval, and implementation.

2. Provide translation and training to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions.

Pricing Management

:

1. Develop and maintain standard and customized pricing for warehouse and final mile services.

2. Oversee price configuration updates and ensure accuracy.

Cross-Department Collaboration

:

1. Act as a liaison between sales and warehouse teams, addressing operational issues and fostering smooth communication.

2. Resolve client and warehouse concerns promptly.

Customized Client Project Management

:

1. Manage client-specific IT and warehousing requirements in coordination with relevant departments.

2. Provide regular updates on warehousing quality during meetings.

Risk Control

:

1. Oversee accounts receivable to minimize risks and provide early warnings for potential client churn.

2. Enhance contract management processes for improved compliance.

Continuous Optimization

:

1. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, systems, and customer service practices.

2. Implement innovative solutions to align with evolving business needs.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales support, logistics, or related roles.

Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (written and verbal).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and MS Office Suite.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

:

Familiarity with logistics processes, pricing strategies, and warehouse operations.

Experience working in multicultural environments and managing cross-departmental projects.

Pay: 26,000.00-47,000.00 per year
