We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team and drive our sales initiatives forward. Responsibilities
Support outside sales efforts by assisting with territory management and client outreach strategies
Engage in lead generation activities through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns
Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling opportunities, and product demos
Collaborate with management to develop new business opportunities and expand market presence
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze sales data
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and negotiations for prospective clients
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales support to help clients understand solutions' benefits
Maintain detailed records of all interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress within CRM systems
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management preferred
Strong understanding of management principles related to account management and business development
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills for negotiation, customer service, and product presentations
Demonstrated ability in analysis skills for identifying market trends and customer needs
Experience with marketing strategies that support lead generation and direct sales efforts
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus but not mandatory
