Trade Counter Sales / Sales Support Assistant

Full-time, Mon-Fri | Up to 12.21 per hour

We are now looking for a proactive, customer-focused Trade Counter Sales / Sales Support Assistant to join our team in Rotherham. This is a varied role where you'll combine trade counter service with sales support and day-to-day operational tasks.

The Role

Greet and assist customers at the trade counter or when dropping off vehicles Handle overflow calls and log enquiries to support the sales team Call back expired quotes to convert into sales Take payments over the counter Manage incoming/outgoing post and customer parts for refurbishment Safely move customer vehicles on/off site and between reception and the workshop Complete vehicle walk-around videos on arrival/return Provide cover for the sales role during holidays and busy periods

What We're Looking For

Full UK driving licence (essential) Minimum age 21 (for insurance when moving customer vehicles) Previous customer service or trade counter experience (preferred) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Reliable, professional, and customer-first approach
