We are recruiting for a well-established and growing company based in Chesham who now have the need for someone to join their busy team as an Sales Support Trainee on a permanent basis. A position that comes with training and development plans, great bonuses and much more!

If you have an interest in sales then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! You\'ll find that in this role you\'re working closely with the Internal Sales Manager and sales team.

This is a Monday to Friday position, hours are from 8am to 5pm. This role is paying between \xc2\xa322,000 to \xc2\xa325,000. This is a fully office-based role with free parking on site and due to location, you MUST be either local to the Chehsam area or be able to drive.

Duties include:

  • Contacting potential customers via telephone, email, or social media to generate
interest in and sell our products. * Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Update CRM and database systems.
  • Attend events and networking opportunities to maximise business opportunities.
  • Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
interactive communication. * Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • Keep records of customer interactions.
  • Working closely with the Internal Sales Manager and field sales team.
  • Adding manual orders to our inhouse order system.
  • Opportunity to gain experience and become a salesperson within a year.
  • Chasing down new leads and creating business opportunities.
Candidate Skills:
  • Confidence in using IT systems (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge
of Excel. * Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
and situations. * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • An understanding of working in a target driven environment.
