Job Description

As Sales Support at Emtec Climate Solutions, you'll be a vital part of our growing Service Sales team, helping us deliver accurate, timely and customer focused quotations for service works, repairs and projects.

This is a role ideal for someone with HVAC experience, strong commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail. You'll work closely with our Service Sales Managers and customers to ensure every quotation is tailored, competitive and aligned to our high standards.

Your responsibilities:

Quotation and sales support

Produce accurate, detailed quotations for service works, repairs and projects Tailor quotes to customer requirements, ensuring clarity around scope, pricing, and terms Manage internal approvals in line with pricing policies Collaborate with sales team to align quotes with strategy and expectations Communicating with Engineers for post-sales

Customer engagement

Speak with clients to understand needs and identify opportunities to cross sell or up sell Follow up on recent and aged quotations to build relationships and secure repeat business Gather and communicate customer feedback to support continuous improvement

Process and systems

Track and manage quotation status in JobLogic CRM Liaise with suppliers to confirm lead times and update customers Standardise and improve quotation processes for efficiency and accuracy Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

What we're looking for:

Experience and skills

1+ years experience in a Sales Support/Admin role is essential Previous experience in a B2B sales environment is essential Background in HVAC, M&E or technical sales support (ideal but not essential) Proficient IT skills, particularly with MS Office High attention to detail and numerical accuracy Clear written and verbal communication skills Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
