Sales Support/Viewing Guide - Part Time - 2 days per week (Weds & Fri), with occasional Saturday/Holiday cover.

The opportunity has arisen to join the successful team at A J Eyre and Sons Independent Estate Agents in Waterlooville.

Estate agency background is preferable. Applicants without previous experience will be considered if we feel they have the potential to become an asset to our team.

Our business is built upon our excellent reputation and extensive knowledge. We are seeking a candidate who is confident, honest, courteous and articulate.

Working Hours - Wednesday 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-5.30pm

12.21 per hour, plus expenses.

The role as a sales negotiator will include:

Answering customer queries Registering new applicants Introducing applicants to suitable properties Arranging viewings Conducting viewings in a highly professional manner Obtaining feedback from viewings and promptly updating our clients Negotiating offers and working in our clients best interests Actively seeking new business opportunities Progressing sales to ensure they are concluded as quickly and smoothly as possible Promoting additional services General administration

The successful candidate will have the following

:

Full driving licence and own vehicle (essential) Experience within the industry (or relevant sales experience within a similar industry) Past experience of proactively generating new business Confident and polite manner Organisational skills and reliability Resilient and positive attitude Initiative and ability to work within a changeable and dynamic environment Stable employment history Knowledge of the local area Most importantly, a strong work ethic
