Are you an experienced Sales Administrator who is immediately available and can hit the ground running to support a busy Sales Team meet their targets?



Do you have strong communication skills, work well under pressure and have motivation to support in sales related tasks that will contribute to driving Revenue success?



If yes, our Sales Team Administrator role might be the right next move for you.




What's it all about?



You will use your confident communication skills and attention to detail to provide direct support to customers by handling group booking amendments, rooming lists and processing payments.



This role is responsible for maintaining accurate booking records in our reservations and CRM systems, liaising with our Finance team to ensure all payments received are reconciled and processing invoices for all Sales Teams efficiently.



You will have the confidence and enthusiasm to identify opportunities to upsell extras where possible, enhancing the customer experience while driving additional revenue and follow up with customers by phone on late payments, ensure they stick to agreed plans, and take action if payments aren't received.



You will play a key role in the Sales Team hitting their targets and overall success.
