If you\'re an experienced sales person with the ability to coach and motivate a team, this could be the perfect job for you.

This role is all about motivating, training and supporting staff working within the company\'s UK distributor network. The end goal: drive adoption of the company\'s products & increase UK sales.

This is a homebased role that will require significant travel across the UK and Ireland making quarterly visits to the company\'s network of dealerships. You will liaise with each sales team, monitoring and measuring their performance and providing them with the support and resources they need to improve their sales figures. This company\'s industry shaping dairy products are renowned globally, as an integral part of their future growth and development you will need a prior background in agriculture and ideally dairy although this is not essential.

Applicants from all areas of the UK will be considered for this position.

Your role:

  • Drive adoption of the company\'s products nationwide
  • Support, train and coach sales staff to increase sales
  • Travel nationally visiting dealerships
  • Measure and monitor sales performance
  • Coordinate training, open days, exhibitions and other events
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide budgetary input based on market data
  • Develop and execute marketing actions
What you will have:
  • Proven Sales experience
  • Commercially astute
  • Ability to coach and motivate sales staff
  • Able to work alone and manage your own diary
  • Prior experience working in agriculture
  • Knowledge of the dairy industry (preferred)
  • Previous experience supporting a dealer or franchise network (preferred)
