We are seeking an experienced and driven

Sales Team Leader

to join our expanding operation, supporting households across the UK in accessing government-funded home improvements through the

ECO4 scheme

You will lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales advisors to achieve ambitious targets, maintain exceptional customer service, and ensure consistent high performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a natural leader with strong communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for helping others succeed -- all while making a positive environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of telesales advisors, providing daily motivation, coaching, and support. Monitor individual and team performance to ensure KPIs and conversion targets are met. Report to the Operations Manager to give updates on team targets and regular meetings on KPI performance. Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and training to drive continuous improvement. Support the team in qualifying leads, booking surveys, and maximising conversion opportunities. Maintain accurate reporting of team performance and pipeline activity. Foster a positive, high-energy, and target-focused team culture. Stay informed on ECO4 funding updates and ensure the team's knowledge remains current and compliant.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a telesales or call centre environment, ideally within a team leader or supervisory role. Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire performance. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities. Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Confident in analysing data and using CRM systems to monitor progress. Organised, proactive, and results-oriented. Knowledge of the ECO4 scheme or energy efficiency sector (advantageous but not essential).
