Duties
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
Skills
Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in retail .
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
