Requirements

Proven experience in a sales leadership role or similar position within a retail or service environment. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking performance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
