Job Role
This is a sales role that also includes supervisory responsibility for the Sales Executive(s) working in the exhibitor sales team. The holder will also, on behalf of the exhibitor sales team, take responsibility for coordinating some exhibitor marketing activities across the Pixelhouse Group.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to negotiate and process orders with exhibitors to hit personal revenue targets. In addition to this you will also be expected to supervise and coach subordinates in the exhibitor sales team, measuring and reporting upon both individual and team sales performance.

Responsibilities
You will follow leads, generate and process orders, in addition to supervising and coaching your team to do the same
You will help to maintain Aztec's CRM and market the company's services to exhibitors attending shows where Aztec is official
You will reach out to clients after events to seek feedback and identify additional opportunities
You will attend exhibitions as a sales representative and assist with the coordination of the company's service delivery
What we're looking for
Are you a proactive self-starter, with self-evident sales and negotiation skills? Any experience you have in exhibitions would be useful, but not essential.
We would expect you to have/be the following:
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software
Some familiarity with creating and scheduling email campaigns would be useful
Highly organised
Proficient in in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Our services primarily cater to trade exhibitions, typically scheduled on weekdays. The role itself is a Monday to Friday office based role, apart from occasionally attending site for an exhibition. Our exhibition sales team is based in our Islington (North London) office and the job holder will work from this office as the Team Leader.
