Sales Team Leader

to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of sales professionals, drive performance, and contribute to the continued success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives Monitor and report on team performance, setting and tracking KPIs Provide training, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team targets are met Manage client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate with senior management on strategic sales initiatives

Requirements:



Proven experience in a sales or sales leadership role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Target-driven with a passion for team success Ability to lead by example and foster a high-performance culture
