We require a highly-motivated, target-driven person with a positive 'can do' attitude to lead the sales team at our successful Morecambe Ford dealership.
With a proven track record in automotive sales, we need someone who can drive this area of our business and the importance of maintaining the highest standards and achieving the best possible customer experience is paramount. We are looking for someone who has :
A proven track record in vehicle sales
The ability to deliver the highest level of customer care
Strong F and I skills and knowledge
The ability to spot opportunities to maximise activity with existing and new customers
Ability to handle sales negotiations competently
Excellent communication skills
An understanding of performance in people and the ability to lead and motivate the team
Strong organizational skills.
To cover our opening hours, the position will involve weekend work and bank holiday work.
