We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Team Leader at Internet-electrical.co.uk, to oversee and inspire our customer services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, and fostering a high-performance environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for sales to make a significant impact within our electrical internet wholesale business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, motivate, and manage the customer services team. Support individual growth through coaching and mentoring. Run engaging team meetings that leave people motivated and focused. Explore and capitalise on sales opportunities and projects to maximise both sales and margins. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives. Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, forecasts, and team performance for senior management.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales leadership or managerial role, preferably within the electrical industry sector. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating diverse teams. Experience in developing strategic plans and executing them successfully. Ability to work independently. High degree of professionalism and dedication to customer service. Proficient in IT systems relevant to sales and customer management. Excellent understanding of Social Media.

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
