Based in Stoke-on-Trent - 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
We're looking for a confident and experienced Sales Team Leader to join Fittingly, one of the UK's leading fitted furniture manufacturers.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine personal sales success with coaching and guiding a growing sales team. If you're ambitious, target-driven, and ready to inspire others, this is the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Conducting pre booked virtual design consultations on Google meets
Closing your own deals and driving revenue
Coaching and motivating sales consultants to achieve targets
Monitoring performance, sharing best practice, and reporting results
Weekly driving of KPI's
What You'll Need:
A proven track record in sales (non-retail preferred)
Previous team leader, coaching, or mentoring experience
A confident communicator who leads by example
Organisational skills to balance personal and team goals
An interest in home interiors and design
