Our basic salary is between 32,000 - 35,000, OTE is 62,000 - 65,000 uncapped! No catches, just realistic targets, designed to be achieved.

As our Sales Team Manager, you'll be at the heart of our team's success, bringing energy and encouragement to help everyone perform at their best. From daily coaching sessions and midday briefings, to individual 1-2-1's, you'll work closely with each team member, supporting their growth and recognising wins keeping motivation high.
