The London Lawn Turf Company have been established over 25 years, supplying and installing quality Medallion Turf, premium topsoil, bark and compost, throughout London and the home counties for trade and retail customers.
Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our rapidly growing landscape business based in Westerham, Kent. The Sales Team Member role is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and promoting products or services to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing revenue.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in telephone sales or a similar role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good understadning of office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word.) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Positive attitude and self-motivated approach.
Full UK Manual Driving Licence (preferable but not essential)
As ambassadors of our organisation, we expect our sales team to observe the company health and safety policies along with safe systems of work instructions. Excellent customer service is always expected to ensure a satisfied client. Previous experience in the Horticulture industry would be advantageous.
