We're looking for an ambitious Sales Trainee to join our growing team in Hall & Pickles, we are a family owned Steel Stockholder.

What You'll Be Doing:

Learning how our business operates, from products and services to customer relationships Supporting the sales team with enquiries, quotes, and order processing Building your knowledge of our market, products, and customer needs Developing communication and negotiation skills through real client interactions Working towards your own sales targets with guidance and training
What We're Looking For:

Confident, articulate communicator Eager to learn with a positive, proactive attitude Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
