Now, we're looking for a

confident, engaging Training Specialist

to help our clients hit the ground running.

The Role

As a Training Specialist, you'll play a vital part in ensuring law firms feel confident and supported when adopting the InfoTrack platform. Working closely with our Account Directors and reporting to the Sales Support Manager, you'll deliver practical, workflow-focused training that drives strong onboarding and long term adoption.


If you enjoy working with people, love explaining software in a clear and friendly way, and understand conveyancing workflows, this role could be perfect for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering engaging

online and onsite training sessions

for law firms Supporting Account Directors with

product demos and onboarding projects

Tailoring training to different roles and experience levels Creating and maintaining

clear, easy-to-follow training materials

Identifying opportunities for follow-up training and ongoing support Collaborating with internal teams to ensure training reflects

best practice and product updates

Sharing feedback and insights to continuously improve the onboarding experience

About You

A confident presenter with a

clear, friendly communication style

Passionate about helping people learn and succeed Experienced in training, onboarding, or customer education (legal tech or professional services experience is a plus) Able to simplify complex workflows and explain them in an engaging way Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment A true team player with a positive, client-first mindset
