Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Transport person to join our team at S. Morris Ltd., located in the heart of the UK construction sector. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting our high-quality construction materials, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with Builders Merchants and other clients. Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Admin and support to our Transport planners and Sales Manager.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
This role is to cover maternity and will be a fixed term contract for 1 year. An immediate start is available for this post.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 27,000.00 per year
