As a Sales Valuer, you will be offered:

Market-leading basic salary Realistic OTE between 60,000-70,000 Company car Free parking 5 day working week Full support from the Director of the business

The Sales Valuer duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Conduct accurate and professional property valuations based on market data and comparable evidence Showcase in-depth knowledge of the Colchester property market and build lasting client relationships Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share Handle general administrative duties to ensure a smooth and efficient service

To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have:

Proven track record of winning instructions and achieving targets Deep understanding of Colchester's property trends and values Professional, articulate, and highly motivated Excellent communication and negotiation skills Full UK driving licence essential * Passionate about property and dedicated to delivering results
