About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Sales Valuer

to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident property professional who enjoys winning new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding service.

As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for carrying out accurate market appraisals, converting valuations into instructions, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out property valuations and market appraisals Convert valuations into new sales instructions Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors Provide accurate pricing advice based on local market knowledge Work closely with negotiators to ensure a smooth sales process Achieve and exceed individual and branch targets Represent the company professionally at all times
What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Sales Valuer or Senior Negotiator Strong knowledge of the local property market in Diss and surrounding areas Proven ability to win new business and close deals Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
