As a result of progression and growth, we are recruiting for a Residential Sales Valuer to join and work alongside our successful team in the Launceston Office.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, with exceptional communication skills. Knowledge of the property market and local area is also important.

We are seeking an experienced individual who is currently appraising property and has a proven track record. Most important of all is that you are self-motivated, have a can-do attitude and are keen to succeed individually and as part of a team.

You will be involved in all aspects of the sales process from property appraisals, through the negotiation and progression of transactions to the management of both vendors and purchasers. Alongside these roles, you will be expected to generate new business and contribute to the wider office success.

You will need to be IT-literate, personable and able to adapt to the role swiftly. A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential and there will be some Saturday working on a rota basis.
