Sales & Admin Assistant
to join our Glasgow team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. No previous experience is required--just a willingness to learn and a professional attitude. You'll play a key role in supporting the sales team, processing orders, and communicating with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Using In House software to manage jobs and scheduling (full training provided)
Handling email correspondence via Outlook
Processing orders and updating internal systems
Communicating with clients by phone and email to provide updates and support
Setting up meetings and assisting with general administrative duties
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Basic computer skills; experience with Outlook is beneficial
A friendly, professional manner when dealing with clients
Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
