We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Administrative Assistant
to support our London Sales Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assist with sales documentation, and help maintain excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, presentations, and reports
Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records
Assist in processing sales orders, invoices, and purchase requests
Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on pending issues
Support in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Track and report on sales performance and targets as required
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
