Key Responsibilities:

Support the Managing Director and Commercial Director in strategic and operational initiatives. Proactively identify and engage with new business opportunities via calls, emails, and other outreach methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service. Monitor market trends and generate reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and competitor actions. Contribute to continuous improvement of services and processes.

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong experience in sales or business development, ideally within the steel or manufacturing sector. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Self-motivated and results-focused. Strong time management and organizational skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
