Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated and customer focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Advisor.

The role will be varied so you must be good at multi-tasking and be organised. You will play a key role in supporting customer needs, and ensuring customers receive the best possible service. You will be the first point of contact for customers through various channels, including phone, email and website chat. You will be responsible for helping them with enquiries, resolving issues and promoting our products and services. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs with be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities



Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and sometimes in person, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every customer. Actively promote and sell our products and services, identifying customer needs and recommending solutions. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive outcome. Process orders, manage accounts, and assist with returns or exchanges. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on outstanding issues and providing ongoing support. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure customer needs are being met.

To succeed in this role, you will preferably have the following skills and experience



Previous experience in Sales and Customer Service. Excellent communication skills on a verbal and written basis. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team. Highly organised with a strong attention for detail. A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Good IT skills, including proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent time management and punctuality.

We are based in Selby, North Yorkshire.

We are looking for someone to work on a part time basis, 4-5 days a week around 18-22 hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 11,700.00-14,625.00 per year

Expected hours: 18 - 22 per week
