Sales/customer Service Assistant
Job Description
Scorpion Sports are currently looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team.
Being a UK supplier of branded and bespoke sportswear the ideal candidate will need the following key attributes:
Excellent customer service
The ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Careful attention to detail whilst processing orders
Sales experience not required, however useful
The role includes helping customers on the telephone and face to face prior to making a purchase and to provide after-sales support. It is therefore vitally important that the successful candidate can interact with customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner. Good telephone and keyboard skills are essential.
Based in Coventry, this is a full-time position
Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 5pm, Friday's 8.30 - 3.30pm.
