We're looking for energetic and people-focused individuals to join our customer engagement team in
Slough
. In this role, you'll represent well-known brands, speak with customers face-to-face, and help create positive experiences that build long-term relationships.
No previous experience is required -- we provide full product training and ongoing coaching.
What You'll Be Doing
Interact with customers in-person to introduce products and services
Represent trusted brands at organised residential campaigns or events
Share key product information in a clear, friendly and engaging manner
Support promotional activities and brand visibility initiatives
Collect customer insights to help improve outreach strategies
Work alongside team leaders on ideas to enhance customer engagement
Stay informed on brand messaging, industry updates, and market trends
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is helpful but not essential
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with new people
Friendly, approachable, and great at building rapport
Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills
Ability to work flexible hours (some evenings/weekends may apply)
Additional languages are a bonus when engaging diverse audiences
