Duties

Engage with customers to promote our products and services, ensuring a positive brand experience. Communicate product features and benefits clearly and effectively to potential customers. Attend promotional events, trade shows, and community activities to represent the brand. Gather feedback from customers to provide insights for marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging promotional materials. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor activities. Assist in training new team members on brand messaging and customer engagement techniques.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. Bilingual skills are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from various backgrounds. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. A proactive attitude and a passion for promoting products that you believe in. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
