Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a

Sales Education Consultant

to join our Sales team. This role focuses on

international student recruitment

, with a strong emphasis on

lead conversion and contract signing

through consultative, results-driven sales approaches.

Key responsibilities

1.Provide consultation service on prospect students who look to study or continue their education in the UK to generate sales lead.

2.Discover customers' needs and introduce the company's academic application services to increase the sales performance.

3.Establish and maintain long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business sales and referrals.

4.Give on-line or in-person presentations to advise the students and parents in terms of choosing university programmes and recruit students for universities' entry.

5.Identify more attractive ways to sell our services by observing the environment and current international higher education trends.

6.Use promotional methods such as emails and social media to reach potential clients and build relationship with them to generate the sales.

7.Gather clients feedback and satisfaction, report to the director and colleagues to improve the service and marketing strategies.

8.Gather customer necessary documents and insist with paperwork for further academic application execution.

9.Answer queries from students and parents concerning their application progress and outcome

10.Occasional travel may be required

Education required

Bachelor's degree or above

Skills and Experience required

The masterful use of Chinese social media software Wechat, Weibo, Tiktok and other related social media software.

Language skills - Good English and Mandarin speaking skills

Full knowledge of UK Education System including universities, A levels, GCSE and primary schools.

Experienced in art special students application, training and consulting.

Excellent communication and sales skills.

Problem-solving skills

'To do' attitude

Fully understanding of Chinese culture, especially in educating of underage students.

Fluent Mandarin speaking, reading and writing

Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.
