As a Salesforce Administrator (internally known as CRM Specialist), you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Kingfisher's Marketplace by managing and optimising our Salesforce platform. Your work will directly support our purpose of Better Homes, Better Lives, For Everyone by enabling seamless merchant experiences and driving smarter, data-led growth across our banners.
What's the job?:
Administer and optimise the Salesforce platform to support merchant acquisition and engagement
Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to improve data quality and automate processes
Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions
Manage user roles, permissions, and platform security to ensure data integrity
Moderate Kingfisher's relationship with our Salesforce Partner agency to ensure customisations and integrations are implemented smoothly and effectively
Support the development of Community Cloud-backed Merchant Hubs across banner
Monitor and improve CRM performance through sprint-based delivery and feedback loops.
What you'll bring:
Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on experience in Salesforse configuration, workflows, data management, security and reporting
Technical CRM/Salesforce role, ideally within marketplaces or retail.
Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning products (Sales, Service and CRM Analytics)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in agile sprint cycles.
Demonstrates a strong bias for action--proactively identifies opportunities to improve CRM processes, takes ownership of tasks from start to finish, and thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
