51,350 fixed salary

This is a special role for an experienced Salesforce Manager. You will be part of a hard working international team, making a huge difference to climate and environmental actions and defending human rights.
You will spearhead the management, administration and development of Salesforce, playing a crucial role in optimizing the platform to align with business objectives. This entails designing strategic integration across teams, associated systems and platforms, tailored Salesforce solutions, fostering efficient user experiences and ensuring data accuracy.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role encompasses configuring Salesforce elements and generating insightful reports. Beyond Salesforce, the role supports other business tools to unite the user experience, such as Office 365 and other systems and platforms.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Platform Management: Oversee the optimisation and administration of Salesforce, ensuring its alignment with organisational objectives. Plan and deliver training relevant to SalesForce and other applications when required.
Salesforce Expertise:

  • Deploy advanced knowledge of Salesforce architecture and customisation to design and roll out solutions that meet specific business demands.
  • Support users on their day-to-day tasks, including troubleshooting, data fixes and clean-ups, reports and dashboards.
  • Manage user accounts, roles/profiles, and permissions for supported applications.
  • Implement business requirements, while following established development standards and best practices.
  • Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and releases and provide actionable recommendations on their adoption within the Salesforce platform.
  • Guarantee smooth user interactions, coupled with uncompromised data accuracy and process efficacy.
  • Engage proactively with cross-functional teams to ascertain requirements, paving the way for the creation of customised Salesforce objects, streamlined workflows, and precise validation rules.
  • Craft reports and dashboards within Salesforce, offering actionable insights that inform key business decisions.
  • Champion the holistic integration of Salesforce across all organisational strategy bolstering operational procedures and instilling a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Beyond Salesforce, provide auxiliary support for other business tools as needed, including but not limited to Office 365, finance, HR systems, and more.
  • A foundational grasp of software functionalities and troubleshooting is beneficial, complemented by a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
  • Developing and maintaining processes that ensure data is consistent, accurate, up-to-date, compliant with Data Protection legislation, and useful for analytics, measurement and reporting;
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Significant technical experience encompassing Microsoft, Office 365, Salesforce
  • A related qualification or certificate for Salesforce
  • Experience in working across teams to achieve a united goal with strong collaboration skills
  • Broad technical knowledge spanning networks, infrastructure, Cloud, SaaS, IaaS, and workplace productivity tools, with a preference for proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Office 365
  • Experience of managing CRM development projects including customisation and implementation of new features or functions.
  • Excellent supportive problem-solving ability with an analytical and organised approach
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with Excel
  • Experience of troubleshooting system and data based technical issues
  • Expertise in data analytics and insights
  • Experience in leveraging third-party services and effectively maintaining relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Proficiency in communicating technical language for non-technical and senior stakeholders
  • A wide-ranging technological understanding, enabling effective communication with technical personnel and problem-solving for various issues and incidents
  • Confidence and a quick ability to learn and adapt to new software packages
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Effective multitasking and priority setting with ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Previous experience collaborating with subcontractors and external third parties
