Hybrid working - Client is flexible on location with some travel to London
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Salesforce products, architecture best practices, and a strong ability to lead development teams and interface with stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
  • Define technical strategy and architecture for Salesforce and related technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Heroku, APIs).
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data modelling.
  • Guide technical teams in the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and data migration.
  • Ensure the architecture supports non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor developers on Salesforce best practices.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, roadmap, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Expereince with Salesforce platform development and architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce data modelling and integration patterns.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with third-party tools like Conga, DocuSign, or Salesforce CPQ.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data security and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
