Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce solution design sessions and advise on best practices.
Configure and customize Salesforce (Service & Marketing Cloud) to meet evolving business requirements.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user adoption programs to maximize CRM ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement integrations and enhancements.
Continuously monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
Support roadmap planning and ensure alignment with long-term digital transformation goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with multiple end-to-end implementations.
Expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and data integration strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Salesforce Consultant certifications desirable (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud).
Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership.
