Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and system architecture, with a focus on Salesforce solutions with a minimum of 6yrs + experience. This role requires expertise in various programming languages, database management, and cloud services, enabling the successful candidate to design and implement robust solutions that meet our business needs.The ideally candidate will come from a consulting background and will be able to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

Design and Develop:

Create custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.

Coding and Configuration:

Write code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, as well as configuring Salesforce settings and workflows.

Integration:

Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

Ensure the stability and functionality of applications through testing and debugging.

Maintaining and Optimise:

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and optimise performance.

Collaboration:

Work with stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Essential Skills:

Programming Languages:

Proficiency in Apex, Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Python

Salesforce Technologies:

Deep understanding of Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and Salesforce APIs

CRM Knowledge:

Strong understanding of CRM workflows and best practices. Must know SAP as well as Salesforce

Problem-Solving:

Ability to analyse business requirements and develop effective solutions.

Communication:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

AI & Machine Learning:

AI exposure to Instant prediction builder, to automate builds. Experience of using Agents - AI assistant tool (Salesforce / IBM, WatsonX) I

ntegration:

Experience of working on Whats App integration projects, MuleSoft and Salesforce

Cloud systems / Tools:

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience, Cloud, Health Cloud, Azure and AWS

Education and Qualifications:

Must be Degree educated Certifications in MuleSoft / Salesforce / AI / Azure (highly desirable)
Salary 49,500 with the potential of company bonuses as well
