Salesforce Higher Education Cloud Functional Tester-CRM Admissions
Salesforce Higher Education Cloud Functional Tester is urgently required to support our higher education client deliver a major digital student system transformation across, design, recruitment and admissions, AI powered engagement, and digital self-service.
The Salesforce Higher Education Cloud Functional Tester will be tasked with designing and executing test plans across Salesforce features and customisations, including the applicant portal, curriculum, and recruitment modules, while also contributing to integration testing and the development of an automation suite.
Salesforce Higher Education Cloud Functional Tester-CRM Admissions- Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Education Cloud Functional Tester within Higher Education or CRM/Admissions programmes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Education Cloud (Applicant Portals, Admissions & Curriculum Lightning Experience & automation features)
• Experience testing Agent Force AI-powered interactions and decision flows.
• Experience with automated testing tools (Playwright)
• Familiarity with integration testing in a Microsoft Azure environment (API Management, Logic Apps, Functions).
• Experience testing against WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Proficiency in DevOps testing, with the ability to embed test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Knowledge of monitoring/logging platforms (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Log Analytics)
• Strong defect management, documentation, and test traceability skills using tools like Azure Boards, Jira, or Test Rail.

Salesforce Higher Education Cloud Functional Tester-CRM Admissions- Desirable Experience

• Experience with Higher Education systems (SITS & student lifecycle integrations.)
• Experience with Canvas LMS, SITS, or Digitary integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, roles/permissions, and record types.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Azure Test Plans.
• ISTQB certification or Salesforce QA/testing accreditations.
• Understanding of GDPR and secure handling of applicant/student data in test environments.

6-12 month contract- 400pday outside of IR35
Hybrid working with 2 days per week on site in London
