We're looking for a Salesforce Manager to take full ownership of a newly implemented platform and drive adoption across the business. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll partner with commercial, operations, and IT teams to embed Salesforce at the core of how we work. You'll shape processes, champion adoption, and ensure Salesforce becomes a key enabler of growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of Salesforce.
Act as the go-to system expert and administrator.
Map and integrate business processes into Salesforce.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance.
Safeguard CRM data quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other systems (e.g. ERP).
Drive user training, adoption, and continuous improvement.
About You
Salesforce CRM expertise, ideally certified (Administrator as a minimum).
Strong experience gathering requirements and translating into solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical, problem-solving mindset with commercial awareness.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Passionate about driving adoption and delivering impact through Salesforce.
