In this role you will get to:

Work on exciting projects for large household brands Offer technical oversight of developers & QA for Salesforce (Service Cloud and OMS) implementations Develop on the Salesforce platform and assist other developers where necessary, helping them understand where the complexity is, while reassuring & guiding them on the approach Provide effort estimations for gathered requirements Set up the tooling and automation to ensure efficiency Build out the delivery of Service Cloud and Salesforce Order Management to ensure consistency with the market's expectations Work with the Practice Lead to optimize processes and project delivery Provide continuous improvement and development of the Salesforce practice

Your skills and qualifications:

Proficiency in the full lifecycle of Salesforce core (Service Cloud preferred) development Experience implementing Salesforce solutions in the retail sector Experience across different development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) Salesforce core administration, core architecture, and integrations experience Experience with requirement gathering and scope definition Experience leading/Supporting client facing workshops Proven ability with refining backlog with customers in readiness for development Ability to think outside the box when coming up with solutions Ability to present the proposed solutions back to the client and the rest of the team Readiness and experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Salesforce Administrator certification Salesforce Developer certification Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification will be a plus Salesforce Architect will be a plus
